Our strengths

Materials Metallurgy

Mn13-22 high-manganese steel undergoes water toughening treatment, achieving an HB hardness of 180-220 and an impact energy (Ak) ≥50 J/cm². The Cr26 high-chromium composite layer exhibits a metallurgical bond strength of ≥280 MPa, with a wear-resistant layer thickness ranging from 8 to 15 mm—both within controllable limits—and exceeds the ASTM A532 standard.

Casting Process

Steel melt is continuously purged with argon, combined with the HPM process (resin sand + chill casting), achieving O ≤ 20 ppm and H ≤ 2 ppm. Additionally, the shrinkage porosity in 10-ton sections is kept below 0.5%, meeting the EN 1559-2 Class 4 density standard.

Specialized equipment

8 melting furnaces (4 × 3-8 t medium-frequency + 4 × 10-20 t gas-fired), a 1600-ton hydraulic press, and 14 CNC vertical lathes. Dimensional tolerances can be consistently maintained at CT9 level (per GB/T 6414), with surface roughness Ra ≤ 25 µm.

Detection System

German SPECTRO MAXx spectroscopy, ZEISS metallography, and 4 MeV linear accelerator for non-destructive testing—plus furnace-side compositional feedback within ≤90 seconds. Certified under both ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems, with a first-time pass rate of ≥99.2%.

Production Capacity and Delivery

A 42,000 m² facility featuring 2 sand molding lines and an automated drying kiln, capable of producing 1,800 tons per month. Additionally, we offer over 500 standard components and advanced 3D laser scanning services to support rapid development of custom parts. STEP drawings are delivered within 24 hours, with standard orders completed in 15 days—and urgent requests can be fulfilled as quickly as 10 days.
