The crushing chamber consists of a head, a fixed cone liner, a moving cone liner, and liners. The moving cone liner is secured to the head by means of a locking nut. The feeding cone rotates together with the head, distributing material into the crushing chamber. Inside the head, there are holes that accommodate the head ball; bushings are installed in the upper and lower holes respectively, ensuring proper alignment between the head ball and the spherical bearing at the top of the main shaft. The lower bushing engages with the eccentric wheel, driving the rotation of the head. When the machine is idling, the bushing remains in contact with the sleeve, maintaining continuous contact between the head ball and the sleeve. Lubricating oil flows through the main shaft’s hole to lubricate both the bushings and the spherical bearings. An U-shaped seal, paired with a T-shaped seal, effectively prevents oil leakage and protects the crown gear, pinion gear, and bushings from dust contamination. The skirt serves as an oil guide, helping to prevent seal leakage.
