To extend the service life of jaw plates, medium-manganese steel has been developed. When processing softer materials, medium-manganese steel performs better. For instance, when using medium-manganese steel jaw plates to crush limestone in small crushers, the service life of these plates is significantly improved.Bimetallic composite jaw plateBased on the working principle and current application status of jaw crushers, a dual-fluid bimetallic composite casting jaw plate has been developed. The working surface is made of an alloy steel with exceptionally high wear resistance, while the lining layer is composed of cast steel possessing excellent impact toughness. This design fully leverages the strengths of each material. Meanwhile, a specially designed gating system and casting process ensure the uniformity and integrity of the composite material interface, thereby optimizing the performance of the jaw plate.Low-alloy cast steel jaw platesMedium-carbon low-alloy cast steel is a wear-resistant material that, thanks to its combination of high hardness and appropriate toughness, can effectively resist both the cutting action of materials and fatigue spalling caused by repeated compression, thereby demonstrating excellent wear resistance. Moreover, by adjusting its chemical composition and heat treatment processes, the hardness and toughness of medium-carbon low-alloy cast steel can be varied over a wide range, enabling it to meet the requirements of different operating conditions.Jaw crusher side guard plateThe side guard plates of jaw crushers, also known as fork plates or stop plates, are located between the fixed jaw plate and the moving jaw plate.
